Being “the reliable one” in your family isn’t glamorous. It’s also why people trust you with what matters.

LEADERSHIP
Reliability earns no applause and a great deal of quiet standing. Whoever turns up, remembers, drives and follows through is the person everybody thinks of when something genuinely important needs handling, and that position cannot be claimed or faked. The cost is that it often goes unacknowledged and can tip into being taken for granted. The value is real even when nobody ever names it.
If that is your role, keep it and set one limit so it stays something you choose rather than something assumed. Say no to one small thing this month.
What does your family count on you for without saying so?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
