Busy is easy to display and says nothing about whether a life is working. A full calendar can mean you are in demand, or it can mean you are underpaid and bad at saying no. The things worth measuring are harder to post: what you were paid for the hours, and whether you slept.

Look at last week honestly. Count the hours you worked against what you were paid, and count the nights you got real sleep. If either number is bad, the cause is usually one thing you agreed to and should not have.
