You cannot maximize everything without eventually sacrificing something you forgot to measure.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Anything you optimise hard begins to consume the things you are not tracking. Push income and something takes the hit, usually sleep, or attention, or the people who do not complain. The unmeasured parts of a life make excellent silent donors because nothing reports their decline until it is significant.

Pick one thing you have been pushing hard and ask what has quietly been funding it. Look at the areas with no metric attached, health, friendships, curiosity, rest. Give one of them a small, deliberate claim on this week before it goes further.
