REFLECTION
Attention is the tightest budget most people have, and some rewards consume it far out of proportion to what they return. A side income that eats every evening, a hobby that has become an obligation, a status that requires constant maintenance. The reward is real; it is simply overpriced in the only currency that is running out.
Audit what is taking up the most room in your head. Ask what each thing returns. Anything expensive and thin deserves to be cut or shrunk.
Which small gain has been eating a large share of your focus?
