A question mark can turn an order into an invitation.

The same request carries two completely different messages depending on whether it leaves room for a no. An instruction tells somebody their preference is not part of this; a question says that it is. People do nearly the same work either way, but they feel different about you afterwards, and that difference is what they remember next time you need something.
Look at the last few messages where you asked for something. Reword one as an actual question and send it that way. Keep the instruction form for the moments that genuinely need it, like a ball heading at somebody’s head.
Which of your requests sound more like instructions?
