Creativity loves a deadline you set for yourself and tell somebody about.

A private deadline is easy to move, because the only person who knows is the one who wants to move it. Saying the date out loud to someone changes the arithmetic: now there is a small cost to slipping, and that small cost is often all the structure a project needs. It is about making the commitment exist outside your own head, where you cannot quietly edit it.
Pick one thing and give it a date in the next two weeks. Tell one person who will actually ask you about it. Then do the smallest version that can honestly be called finished by then.
Who could you tell your next deadline so it becomes real?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
