Not every creative project has to be shared. Some are just for getting a day out of your system.
CREATIVITY
CREATIVITY
Making something can be a way of processing a day rather than producing a thing. A song about an argument, a drawing of a room you were sad in, a page nobody reads: the work did its job in the making. Treating every output as content squeezes out that private use. Some things are for you, and that does not make them lesser.
Make one thing this week you decide in advance not to post. Let it be unfinished and ugly. Keep it somewhere or throw it away, but do not show it, and see whether you feel lighter afterwards.
What could you make tonight and show to nobody?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
