Pick one thing to be solidly good at by the end of this year. Just one.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Being passable at twelve things is less useful than being genuinely good at one. Spread effort thin and nothing crosses the line where it becomes reliable, and that line is where a skill starts giving things back: confidence, opportunities, people asking you for help. Choosing one means saying no to several others, which is the real cost. It is also the whole mechanism.

Pick one skill now and write down what solidly good would look like by December. Put it in the week as a repeating slot. Let the others stay hobbies, deliberately and without guilt.
