Your purpose isn’t only found at a camp altar call. It’s also in how you treat your coworker on Tuesday.

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Big moments are real and they are not where this gets decided. A night at camp, hands up, everything suddenly clear, and then you go home to a Tuesday where nothing is clear and you are rude to somebody at work. The Tuesday is where it either exists or does not. Purpose is not a location you visit under good lighting; it is how you behave in the ordinary place where nobody is moved.

Test it at work this week. Be patient with the one colleague who makes it difficult, and notice how much harder that is than the camp version.
