Someone taught you every card game you know, patiently, while you cheated. That patience is still paying off.

GRATITUDE
Teaching tolerates a great deal of bad faith. Somebody sat across a table explaining the same rules repeatedly to a child who was palming cards and pretending to count badly, and they kept their voice level and played another hand. That patience is not a small thing. It is also the reason you know how to play anything at all.
Teach a game to somebody younger this week and let them cheat without comment. If the original teacher is still around, tell them you remember what they put up with.
Who kept playing with you while you were terrible at it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
