Early mornings are cheap real estate. Nobody’s fighting you for 6 a.m.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Uncontested time is rarer than almost anything else you own. Everybody wants the evening, so the evening is crowded with other people’s plans, other people’s noise and everything you owe them. Nobody is competing with you at six in the morning, which makes those hours unusually cheap for what they are worth. Whatever you can only do alone fits there better than anywhere else.
Try one early start this week with something that actually matters to you in it. Study, training, a thing you never find room for. Go to bed earlier to pay for it, and judge it after three days rather than one.
What would you do with an hour nobody else wants?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
