Somebody’s day started hours before yours to make your breakfast possible. Animals do not keep office hours, so the work is early, daily and impossible to postpone, holidays and bad weather included. None of that appears on the carton. Food arrives looking like a product rather than the end of somebody’s very long-standing routine.
