Filming someone’s worst moment instead of helping is a choice the clip never shows.

A camera gives you something to do with your hands at the exact moment somebody needs a person. The clip shows what happened to them and never shows the alternative: somebody standing close enough to film was close enough to help. Recording is also a way of making the moment not yours.
Put the phone down first when you come across someone having their worst few minutes, and ask what they need. Help, or get somebody who can, or just stand with them. Nothing you could have posted was worth more than being the one who stopped.
Would you put the phone down and step in?
