How you drive in a full parking lot says more than your bumper sticker does.
LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP
Declaring what you believe is cheap and takes one sticker. Behaving well when the lot is full, everybody is late and one space is left is where your actual priorities get read, because nobody is performing and the pressure is small but real. People notice who takes two spaces, who blocks a lane while deciding, who waves somebody in. None of it feels like character at the time.
Watch yourself in a crowded lot this week, driving or navigating from the passenger seat. Give away one space you could have taken. Then look for the same test in corridors and doorways, where it comes up twenty times a day.
What do you do when two cars want the same space?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
