The terms nobody discusses can become the terms everybody later fights about.

The clauses that cause trouble are almost never the ones that were debated. They are the subjects both parties skipped because raising them would have slowed things down or introduced friction while everyone was getting along. Later, when the circumstance occurs, there is nothing written and no goodwill to fall back on. The undiscussed items are the ones with the highest failure rate.

Before concluding anything, ask what neither of you has mentioned. What happens if it goes wrong, who decides, how it ends. Raising it early is easy; raising it later is a dispute.
