When nothing feels meaningful, follow whatever you’re curious about. It’s usually pointing somewhere.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Curiosity is a signal from a part of you that has not gone flat. When meaning drains out of everything, the mind looks for a grand answer and finds nothing, because grand answers are not how it comes back. What comes back first is small and specific: a song you want to hear again, a question you want settled. That pull is information, not a distraction.
Follow one of those pulls this week without justifying it. Watch a whole documentary about something useless. See where your attention goes when nobody is grading it.
What still pulls at you on an empty-feeling day?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
