Kindness rarely trends. It still keeps the whole thing running.

Attention goes to conflict and spectacle, because those are the things that interrupt. Kindness is quiet by design, so it never looks like the main event while it is doing most of the actual work: the covered shift, the saved seat, the person who waited. Infrastructure stays invisible until it fails.

Do one useful thing this week that nobody will see you do. Then notice who does that for you regularly, and tell them plainly that you noticed.
