REFLECTION
Marks are precise and forgettable. They get replaced by the next set, and within a couple of years nobody asks. What stays is who got up in the dark for you, who waited around, who made a trip they had no obligation to make. Effort aimed at you personally is the kind memory holds onto.
Think of somebody who has done something inconvenient for you lately and say so, by name, out loud. Then look for one chance this week to be the person doing the inconvenient part for somebody else.
Who has gotten up early purely to help you out?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
