Someone in 2090 might read your messages to understand what life felt like now. Make some of them worth reading.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
The record of this decade will be made of ordinary messages, since that is where people actually talk. Most of yours are logistics and jokes, which is fine, and a handful of them are the only account anybody will ever have of what being sixteen felt like now. Nothing has to be profound to be worth reading later.
Once this week, send a message that says something true rather than only arranging a time. Keep a few of the ones you receive too, because they are half the conversation.
Which of your messages would a stranger find worth reading?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
