Being kind when you have time is easy. Being kind when you’re late is the real you.

REFLECTION
Character shows under load rather than at rest. When you have time, patience is cheap and costs nothing to display; when you are late, tired and already behind, whatever comes out without being chosen is the habit you have actually built. That is not a moral indictment. It is simply where you find out what is installed and what was decoration.
Watch yourself at the worst moment of a day this week. How you speak to whoever is in your way then is the honest reading, and it is also a habit you can rebuild by practising it while rushed.
How did you treat people the last time you were rushing?
