An organized process reveals problems faster because noise has fewer places to hide.

REFLECTION
In a noisy process, a problem looks like more noise. Delays, errors, and missing pieces blend into the ordinary background of things going slightly wrong, and nobody can tell the signal from the usual. Once the process is clean, an anomaly is immediately visible, because there is nothing else for it to hide behind. That visibility is one of the main returns on order.
When something keeps going wrong undetected, reduce the surrounding variation rather than adding monitoring. A quieter baseline detects problems on its own. Simplicity is often a better sensor than oversight.
