Not every free hour has to be productive. Some of them are for getting your personality back.

REFLECTION
There is a kind of busy that costs you yourself. When every hour is allocated to practice, a shift, revision or improvement, the parts of you that only appear when nothing is required quietly go missing. Rest is not the reward for the work; it is where the person doing the work gets restored.
Leave one block this week genuinely unplanned, with no app, no goal and no intention to make it count. See what you drift toward, since that is often good information. If you feel guilty, remember that nobody has ever admired a person purely for their schedule.
How do you spend an hour that produces nothing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
