Mismatch is usually not failure. A key that will not turn is not a bad key, it was cut for another door, and the same goes for the group that never quite included you or the role that felt wrong the whole time you held it. The temptation is to read every non-fit as a flaw in you. Most of the time it is information about compatibility.
When something does not fit this week, ask whether it was ever supposed to before you start reshaping yourself. Keep looking for the places where nothing has to be forced, and notice how different that feels.
