Where a river spreads wide, it slows down. Give your schedule some width and you’ll stop rushing.

Speed is often a symptom of narrowness. Water forced through a tight channel has no choice but to run fast, and a day packed end to end does the same thing to you, which is why you feel hurried even when every single task is reasonable. The hurry is in the shape rather than in your character.
Look at tomorrow and take one thing off it, then put fifteen minutes of nothing between the two commitments that always collide. Protect that gap as if it were an appointment. Notice whether the same amount of work feels different with room around it.
What could you take out of your week to widen it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
