CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Short sentences can carry a lot of freight. When someone tells you nothing is wrong in a voice that says otherwise, they are often asking you to notice without making them spell it out. That is less dishonesty than self-protection, and the real message sits in the delivery rather than the words.

Listen this week to how things are said, not only to what gets said. If the sound and the sentence disagree, leave a door open instead of pressing, and mention that you are around later. When you are the one saying it, consider risking the longer version.
