A bridge isn’t built to hold the average load. It’s built for the heaviest day. Train for that one too.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Capacity is decided by the worst day, not the ordinary one. Anything built only for normal conditions works beautifully until the one hour that matters, and that hour is the whole reason you prepared at all. Average performance is easy to reach and tells you very little about whether you will hold.

Add a little margin this week instead of training for the usual. Do a few more reps than the game asks for. Know the material past what the test needs. Leave early enough that one delay does not break the plan.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Are you preparing for an average day or your hardest?
