Nature wastes little energy explaining itself.

A tree does not defend its shape. A river does not argue for its course. Everything in the natural world simply proceeds according to what it is, and the absence of justification is part of why being outdoors quiets people. Explanation is a social cost, not a requirement of existing.

Notice how much of your energy goes into preemptive justification of ordinary choices. Try one small decision this week without a reason attached. Not defiance, just an experiment in how much lighter it feels to act without preparing a defense nobody asked for.
