Be thankful for a boring week. Boring often means safe and stable.

Nothing happening is an underrated condition. A week with no crisis in it means the bills got paid, nobody was in hospital, the car started, and nothing arrived that had to be survived. That state is invisible by design, since stability never announces itself, which is why it mostly gets noticed in the gap after it ends.

Name one dull thing that went right this week and let it register properly. Say it out loud to somebody if that is available. There will be interesting weeks and you will not choose most of them, so bank the quiet ones while they are here.
