Hungry and tired can make a normal day look like a disaster. Eat something before you rate your life.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Your body has a vote in every judgement you make and never declares it. Low blood sugar and four hours of sleep do not arrive as sensations you can label; they arrive as the sincere conclusion that your life is going badly and that nothing is working. The content of the thought is about your future, but the cause is in the kitchen.
So put a rule in front of the verdict. Eat something, drink water, and if it is late, sleep, then see whether the disaster is still a disaster in the morning. Most are not, and the ones that survive breakfast are genuinely worth your attention.
Have you eaten recently enough to judge your day fairly?
