REFLECTION
Most people’s response to a small daily irritation is to absorb it, and after a while they stop registering it at all. The ones who build things keep the irritation alive long enough to ask why it is like this. That is the whole move: not genius, just a refusal to adapt to something that did not have to be that way.
Keep a short list this week of things that annoy you twice or more. A door that sticks, a form nobody can read, a step at work that wastes ten minutes. Pick one and change it, even slightly. The habit of fixing starts smaller than people think.
What annoyance have you accepted instead of fixing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
