Pay attention to which excuse you use most. It’s pointing straight at the thing you’re scared of.

REFLECTION
Excuses are not random. You reach for the same one or two over and over, and they cluster around whatever you would rather not attempt: no time, not ready, not my thing. The repetition is the clue, because a genuine obstacle changes shape from situation to situation while a fear keeps using the same words. Your favourite line is a map.
Catch yours by writing down the reason you give the next three times you decide not to do something. Look for the repeat. Then do a small version of the thing you have been talking yourself out of, small enough that the usual excuse does not apply.
Which excuse do you reach for most, and why that one?
