People who are comfortable alone tend to be less impressed by crowds. That makes them harder to pressure.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Most pressure works on one fear, which is being left outside. If an evening by yourself is genuinely fine, that fear has nothing to grip and the group loses a lever. This is why the person who can take or leave the party is the hardest one to talk into things.
You build that tolerance in small doses rather than grand gestures. Spend one Friday at home on purpose, or eat a lunch without arranging company first. The point is not to become a loner, it is to make sure your yes means yes.
When has a crowd talked you into something you did not want?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
