A first job is a negotiation for skills, not just money. Ask what you’ll learn.

Wages are the smallest part of what a first job pays. The rest is what you can do afterwards: handling cash, talking to strangers who are annoyed, closing up alone, being trusted with keys. Two jobs at identical wages can leave you in completely different places a year later. That half is negotiable, and hardly anybody negotiates it.
In the interview, ask which parts you would be trained on and whether people move between tasks. Once you are in, ask to be shown the thing you cannot do yet. Most managers agree, because it makes you more useful to them.
What will your current job teach you besides the pay?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
