Getting even keeps you on their schedule. Getting better puts you back on yours.

LEADERSHIP
Revenge requires you to keep paying close attention to somebody who hurt you. You plan around them, check on them, time your moves to theirs, and all of that is your week spent on their life. Improvement points the same energy at something you get to keep. It is less about being above it than about who owns your hours.
Notice how much of your thinking currently belongs to one person. Take a fortnight and put that energy somewhere it accumulates: training, a skill, the work, the people who are good to you. Judge later whether anything else is needed.
Whose actions are still setting what you do next?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
