Paper fades, tears and yellows. Make it anyway. Lots of beautiful things are temporary.

STILLNESS

WHAT THIS MEANS

Permanence was never the real standard for making things. A drawing, a letter, a cake, a performance all fade or get eaten or end, and every one of them was worth the effort while it existed. Requiring something to last before you will bother means making almost nothing at all.

Make something this week that you know will not survive, then give it away. It counted while it was here, which is the only test that applies.
