Maturity is becoming difficult to provoke over things that do not deserve your afternoon.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Being hard to provoke is not the same as being unbothered. It is having a clear sense of what your day is worth and declining to hand a piece of it to someone who was rude in traffic or wrong on the internet. The reaction was always optional; it just did not feel that way.
When something starts to catch you, price it. Is this worth the next two hours of my mood. Occasionally it genuinely is. Usually the question alone is enough to let it go.
