You’ll be remembered by the people who had to work next to you, not the people who only saw your posts.

An audience sees a curated summary and a coworker sees how you behave under pressure. Only one of those groups can actually tell anybody what you are like, and it is the one that had to share a shift with you. A reputation among people with no illusions is the only kind worth having.

Ask how the people next to you this week would describe you, rather than your followers. Then fix the small thing you already know they would mention.
