A lot of “everyone’s annoying today” is really “I haven’t eaten.” Check that first.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Your mood reports on your body before it reports on the world. When you are hungry, short on sleep, or have been in loud rooms for hours, other people get sharper edges without changing at all. The feeling is real; its explanation is usually wrong, and it points outward because that is easier than looking in.
When irritation arrives, run the plain checks before you act on it: food, water, sleep, whether you have been indoors all day. Fix whichever one is obviously missing, then see if the people around you have improved.
When everyone seems irritating, have you eaten anything yet today?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
