The ability to solve your own problems changes which relationships you tolerate.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
When you can handle your own life, you stop needing to put up with things you once tolerated because leaving was not an option. That changes what you accept, sometimes quickly, and it can be unsettling to discover how much of a relationship was built on necessity rather than choice.
Without deciding anything, notice which of your connections you would still choose if you needed nothing from them. Some will look better in that light, not worse, and those are worth investing in. The point is not to prune, only to see clearly what is holding what.
