Grace knows your history and still speaks about your future.

Grace is not ignorant of what you did. It has the whole record and still talks to you about what comes next, which is what distinguishes it from being excused by someone who does not know. Being fully known and still addressed is a different experience from being let off.

If you are carrying something you have not told anyone, consider that the version of forgiveness you need is the one that comes after the telling. Find one person who can hold it. Being known is part of what makes the relief hold.
