REFLECTION
Being hard to categorise is a fact about labels. Being hard to understand is a fact about communication, and they are easily confused, usually in a flattering direction. Someone can find you unclassifiable and still find you perfectly comprehensible, and someone can classify you instantly and still have no idea what you mean.
When you feel unread, ask whether you have actually said the thing. Often the complexity is real and the explanation was never attempted. Complexity does not excuse you from the work of being understood, it just makes the work longer.
