A calendar can be full of commitments while leaving a person unsure what to anticipate.

REFLECTION
A calendar can be completely occupied and still contain nothing you are looking forward to. Commitments and anticipations are different things: one fills the hours, the other gives them a direction. When every square is claimed by obligation, life can feel simultaneously overloaded and empty, and that combination is confusing enough that people often assume something is wrong with them.
Look at the next month and find what you actually want to reach. If nothing is there, put something in, however small: a walk somewhere specific, a person you like, a meal you look forward to. A single thing to move toward changes the texture of the weeks in front of it.
What are you actually looking forward to in the coming month?
