Stop allowing guilt to reopen doors wisdom already closed.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Decisions made carefully get reopened by feelings that arrive later, usually at night and usually without any new information. Guilt is persuasive but it is not evidence, and a door closed for good reasons does not become wrongly closed because you miss what was behind it.
Write down why you closed something, at the time you close it. Then read that when the guilt shows up. Your clearer self left you a note, and it is more reliable than the current mood.
Which door did you close and then guiltily open again?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
