Perspective is not changing the facts; it is changing where you stand while looking at them.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Perspective does not alter what happened. It changes the vantage point, and from a different distance the same facts arrange themselves differently, with different things in the foreground. This is why time helps so much, and why an outside view can dissolve something that felt impossible.
With a stuck situation, describe it as it would look a year from now, or to someone who loves you. Same facts, different position. Then see which parts still seem as large.
Where could you stand differently to see a stuck situation?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
