Let the achievement become part of your life without making it the whole explanation of you.

REFLECTION
A large win has a pull to it. It starts as one good thing that happened and slowly becomes the headline everything else hangs under, until your ordinary hours feel like footnotes. The risk is not pride but narrowness: if the achievement is the whole account, anything that threatens it threatens all of you.
Notice how you introduce yourself this week, out loud and in your own head. Try describing your life once without mentioning the accomplishment at all, and see what is still there. Keep the win. Just let it share the shelf with everything else you are.
What do you mention first when someone asks who you are?
