You can misunderstand an entire person by memorizing only their worst moment.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A single bad moment does not describe a person, though it is unusually memorable and tends to become the file you keep on them. Everyone has behaved badly under pressure, and being known primarily for one of those instances is something none of us would want.
Think of someone you have filed under their worst moment. Ask what else you know about them, and how much of it you have been ignoring. Then extend to them the reading you would want.
Who have you filed away under their worst day?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
