The loose handle deserves attention before it becomes a broken door.

RESILIENCE
Most failures give notice first. A handle works loose, a hinge drops slightly, a sound changes, and for a while the thing still functions well enough that attending to it feels optional. What ends the grace period is rarely more wear; it is ordinary force applied at a bad moment, and by then a two minute job has become a day and an expense.
Walk through the places you use daily and note what is slightly wrong: the wobble, the drip, the switch that sticks. Fix the smallest one today rather than adding it to a list. Treat the warning as the cheap version of the repair.
