Some problems solve themselves once you stop repeatedly disturbing them.

STILLNESS

WHAT THIS MEANS

Some situations are self-correcting if left undisturbed. A friendship cools and warms on its own, a misunderstanding fades, a small tension resolves once nobody keeps prodding it. Repeated intervention reopens what was closing and keeps the wound fresh, so the problem persists mainly because it keeps being handled.

Identify something you have returned to several times without progress. Try a deliberate period of not touching it: no revisiting, no checking, no fresh attempt to fix. Two weeks is usually enough to see. If it improves without you, that tells you what it needed. If it does not, you have lost nothing and now know it requires something real.
