The person who enjoys solitude can still want someone to notice a difficult week.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Liking your own company is not the same as needing nothing from anyone. People who are genuinely content alone often get read as self-sufficient in a total way, so nobody checks on them, and they will rarely be the ones to raise a hand. Preferring solitude in general says nothing about a particular hard fortnight. The absence of a request is not the absence of a need.
Think of the self-contained person in your life and send a message that asks nothing and offers something specific. Solitude survives being interrupted occasionally.
When did your independence keep you from asking for company?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
