The last day deserves enough care to leave the next day manageable for others.

Leaving well is mostly about what you can no longer be asked. Once you are gone, every unlabeled file, unexplained arrangement and half-finished handover becomes somebody else’s puzzle, solved slowly and often wrongly. The final week is the only time that knowledge is cheap to transfer.
Spend an hour before you leave writing down what only you know: where things are, who to call, what is about to come due. Name the awkward parts rather than leaving them to be discovered. Send it to a person, not into a shared folder.
How would you want your last week there to be remembered?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
